Our weight loss camp Fitness Center is fully equipped for a comprehensive cardio and strength training session. Your workouts will incorporate free weights, bands and exercise balls with some of the most sophisticated cardio and weight-lifting machines on the market. In addition, our recreational facilities provide sporting equipment for all kinds of outdoor activities.

Gourmet Meals

Enjoy three gourmet meals daily that are as delicious as they are healthy. Using the finest, organic ingredients, each perfectly-portioned meal has been crafted to fuel your body with essential nutrients. In between workouts, we also offer energy snacks and power shakes to stabilize your metabolism.

Complete Body Assessment

Get your measurements and assess your health. Upon arrival, we will check your cholesterol, blood pressure, body fat percentage and weight. Then we’ll help you set your goals for ultimate results.

Weekly Group Workshops

Learn from the experts. Each week, you will participate in a group workshop designed to inform and empower as you change your lifestyle. Topics include nutrition, grocery shopping and weight-management and are led by highly-respected professionals in the field.

Group Counseling

Get the most out of your experience. Your package includes a group counseling session with each of our resident medical professionals. You will meet with a nutritionist to analyze your diet and establish better eating habits. A licensed professional counselor will also be on hand to guide and support you through the process.

Spending two hours on a treadmill isn’t the only way to get your heart pumping. Not here, anyway. At One Fitness Camp, we believe variety is key to driving results. Our exercise program has been specially designed to incorporate rigorous strength-training and cardio sessions while building endurance and flexibility.

We want you to feel motivated by what you do, not bored by the same routine. Improve your balance in yoga. Or pick up a pair of skis and venture out on a cross-country ski adventure.

A Typical Day

Every day at One Fitness Camp is designed to help you build your stamina, burn calories and achieve your fitness goals. Ourweight loss retreat is structured around balanced meals, rigorous training sessions, outdoor activities and insightful workshops. In the warmer months, you will be able to complement your training with a challenging hike or a mountain biking adventure. Then in the winter, explore the intense caloric burning experience of snowshoeing and cross country skiing, or enjoy Park City’s renowned ski slopes. Our weight loss retreat has a full scale program to help you establish a healthy lifestyle.

“How do I stay in shape after I leave camp?”

We have that covered!
Our system includes an At Home regimen to monitor your progress for an additional 12 weeks of training after you go home. How is that for a full-scale program?

Our 12-Week At-Home Program is an indispensable support system that helps you apply all you’ve learned to your everyday life. Through a private web profile, you’ll receive weekly follow-ups from our staff, grocery shopping lists, meal planning tips, and daily workout routines. Each time you log in, you’ll have an opportunity to record your weight and monitor your progress. Plus, our online forum is a wonderful place to reconnect with fellow participants, discuss any obstacles, and share your achievements. We have designed this so your progress at our weight loss camp will continue to thrive when you are back into your regular routine.
