Our philosophy is simple. We work on getting ultimate results, one individual at a time. Each of our participants come from different walks of life. Some are athletes looking to stay on top of their game. Others are seniors searching for ways to stay healthy and active. Some have never exercised a day in their lives, while others have fallen into bad habits like a poor diet.

Their goals are as unique as they are – anywhere from losing 100+ pounds to just trimming a few inches off their waistline. And while we provide all the tools and expert guidance needed to get results, in the end it comes down to one person. YOU.

Pamela Nelson Program Coordinator / Fitness Trainer

Pam has been a certified Personal Trainer since 1996. She attended the University of Utah and lives in Park City Utah. She specializes in training the baby boomer population and understands the challenges of that age group.

Eric Hard Fitness Trainer

Eric has worked in the fitness industry for many years. He received his Associates Degree in Sports Medicine, and has obtained multiple certifications from highly credible organizations.

Preston Larsen Fitness Trainer

From the moment Preston was born he was engulfed and immersed in fitness and sports. He grew up playing competitive basketball, baseball, and football. With Wayne as his father this is to be expected.

Noelle Farr At Home Coach/Fitness Trainer

Through experiencing my own weight- loss journey losing 80 LBS, I was inspired to become a fitness coach. I value the fact that I understand the physical challenges many individuals face when transitioning into a healthy lifestyle, and how difficult it may seem.

Trudee Sanbonmatsu Yoga Instructor

Trudee Sanbonmatsu took her first yoga class in 1991 while attending the University of Utah, where she holds 2 Bachelor’s degrees. She is a certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Union and is trained in the art of Thai Yoga Massage.

Joshua “Josh” Michel Knight has always had a passion for food, flowers and fun. Joshua loves to travel, eat amazing food and be active.


Patch is Eric’s service dog or D.A.D. (Diabetic Alert Dog). She is a chocolate lab, and was born February 23, 2016.

I was raised in Utah, although I traveled to Wisconsin for medical school and to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for residency training in emergency medicine, of which I am board certified. I am currently the medical director of the emergency department at Park City Medical Center where I often manage the care of acutely injured
