    Thank you for this article – short but makes a lot of sense. And you’re right, these tips are quite unique!

    I haven’t attended a weight loss camp, but it seems to be a great idea. More than the constant presence of health professionals, I think the fact that you are around people in the same boat and you do not fight the battle alone is what gives it a high success rate.

    Regular clothes-shopping is also an interesting point. I used to believe in postponing shopping for clothes, especially if you need them in a bigger size. But you’re right – it can help if you are targeting to fit in smaller clothes.
