I gained some inspirational quotes and would love to tour the entire grocery store examining nutrition labels. I hope you guys are happy! I come for one week doing half days and loose 4 lbs and almost 1% of my excess body fat. Now, after being home a week, I can't stop exercising and I've lost another 4 lbs. What have you guys done to me? Thank you Wayne, Kimba, Pam and all.

I just finished a one week stay at One Fitness and could not have been more pleased. The setting, the accommodations, the food, and, most importantly, the knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and capabilities of the One Fitness training team was superb. The enthusiastic support and guidance I got from Wayne, Kimba, Trent and Pam helped me to achieve my nutrition, weight loss and fitness goals. I'm just sorry I was not able to stay another week! I made some super friends who, like me, were on a mission to get and stay healthy. One Fitness was great!! My goal was to give my routine a jump start! I lost 4.5 lbs and 1.4% body fat in 5 days. Loved the food and variety of exercise, but it's the people that make the difference.
