Every day at One Fitness Camp is designed to help you build your stamina, burn calories and achieve your fitness goals. Our weight loss retreat is structured around balanced meals, rigorous training sessions, outdoor activities and insightful workshops. In the warmer months, you will be able to complement your training with a challenging hike or a mountain biking adventure. Then in the winter, explore the intense caloric burning experience of snowshoeing and cross country skiing, or enjoy Park City’s renowned ski slopes.
